Precautionary Statements

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS:Prevention: Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Absorb spillage to prevent material damage. Do not breathe mists. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Response: IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately call a poison center or doctor. IF ON SKIN (OR HAIR): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin(or hair) with water, or shower. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Immediately call a poison center or doctor. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a poison center or doctor. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a poison center or doctor. Storage/Disposal: Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50C/122F. Store locked up. Store in a corrosive resistant container with a resistant inner lining. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local, state and national regulations.
